E90 330D - Anyone got one?

Yes, I think you are right.......after extensive research prior to buying it appeared that the swirl flap issue wasn't an issue on the E90.

Great car, had mine for just under three years...

Of all the 330d's I looked at (and I looked at a fair few!) only one had the Xenon pack! Yes, ideally I'd have wanted xenons, but it was a compromise I was willing to make for the right colour/spec car.
