i was short on supplies and used two eggs....i must try harder :(

you are joking! you cant call that an omlette with only 2 eggs.

oh wait, is that why you called it an omelet, it was missing lots of the main ingredient? :p
 
Err, it's alright, but I have a l33t omlette. I made this omlette a few weeks ago, proper nice, green been and chorizo with the based filled with onions:
