I don't trust it - no SSL on the registration form.

Well, I don't know why.. T-Mobile != Three.

Also, Three do a mobile reseller program - it is possible to get Three dongles anywhere, even from sites like this. This one is just a poorly constructed one.

I have access to a disposable credit card number scheme with Barclays. I tired it out with these guys - order went through fine, dongle came today. Quite happy, these normally cost £30 - 40.

Problem is that lack of SSL on their website, though. I'd only do it with a credit card, so you're insured against fraud.

It's an MF627 probably, I got one a few days before this deal started.

To top up the mobile broadband, you need to buy a top up and enter the top up number on the My3 site when youre logged into the dongle's phone number's account

Its not a bad deal at all - however, 3 around my way is bad for some reason with lots of dropouts.

But as its free, I'll get one for out and about

Ive also bought one of these, you can order via ssl by using https:// rather than http.

You can use sims other than 3's own sim.

Well, I'm up and running with the dongle. Strangely enough, I can connect to the Internet and get a full service without ever having topped anything up :confused:

I can't see any mention of a free starter balance, either. Just plugged it in, connected and here I am.

If you've put your 3 Sim in out of your phone, they will be charging you £1 per 1mb :eek:

, thats why you need the £5 a month internet add on.
