Happiest day of my life, sat there in a pub surrounded by Liverpool supporting mates having the **** ripped out of me from the sixth minute on...I admit, I went a bit mental when Teddy scored...and when Ole delivered the coup de grace, well, I was dancing on the pool table! Nice to know I backed the right horse when I was a nipper when it came to choosing your football team.

Kuffour beating the ground, Schmikes doing cartwheels, magic night!

Lol I was in a pub in Cyprus which was full of United fans and they all missed their second goal cause they were dancing on the tables lol.

I couldn't believe that year. It seemed the season before we'd finally found a legend who possibly could give us a shift in English football. It seemed then that perhaps another team could realistically get titles consistantly like UTD and end their dominance. Newcastle, Leeds and Liverpool weren't always up there and of course Blackburn's rise was as quick as their fall.

We lost our league in the final game of the season when Spurs couldn't hold onto a winning position in the second half. The FA Cup was lost in the semi finals to a very late wonder goal of the season/decade scored in a replay's extra time. The Champ's League was then decided in the last minute as well. History will show it as a treble, but I'll always remember it as being damn close to something else entirely.

I was in barca and it was one of the worst weeks of my life. The fans that stayed on after the game ended were some of the biggest scumbags I've ever had the miss fortune to encounter.

I was genuinely made up for the fans during the game but the behaviour of those fans that stayed on was appalling.

I was in France, only United fan in a bar full of Germans and Arsenal fans.

Epic night. I was only 12 at the time, still remember every second of it. My parents dragged me away at full time though, so I missed the lifting of the cup :(

Ten years ago? Damn that's gone quick!

I was 13 and was almost in tears I was so upset... then Teddy and Ole cheered me right up :D

We needed the fight with Arsenal to push us to those heights, I reckon if we'd lost the FA semi final we'd have won nothing that season, but then of course, Viera gave giggsy the ball and...you know how the rest of the song goes. That FA cup semi is probably the greatest match I've ever witnessed, awesome from both sides and if it had to decided by a moment of individual brilliance then I can't see how that could ever have been topped.

For me last years was more dramatic. Maybe because I'm older but doing it against Chelsea who I simply despised last season made it something else, Terry missing as well made it quite the night. I was in tears when Anelka missed, best moment in my entire life :)

was watching it with my mum and dad and sister. For some reason i remember kissing the mantle piece passionately when teddy scored and then spending the next minute or two explaining to my mum that there would need to be extra time now...

It was my 21st Birthday and was turning into the worst Birthday you could imagine, then two men stepped forward and made it the best 21st Birthday in the world...........ever.

I am going to pray tonight to Beelzebub himself.

I was watching 99 in Machester on a tiny tv, just after my 28th bday - and it was continueing a lousy week up until the Teddy and Ole show made it unforgetable!!!

BM where no where near conceeding in 99 until extra time (certainly not compared to the multiple clear cut chances Utd had in Moscow anyway) and that is what makes 99 the stronger feeling for me (although there is certain comedy value to last season's result on both sides which makes it completely different)

wow i cant believe its been that long since hte treble. 10 years christ, i was in a bar on the seafront on holiday with my parentals, i would have been 11 and i remember sitting at the table looking up at a big projector screen. thinking damn we've lost, and then Teddy scored and my eyes lit up, extra time i thought, extra time we can do this. then suddenly we were going for it, bayern looked scared and Man Utd wanted that goal, another corner and BAM i think my heart literally stopped at 11 years old as i watched the baby faced Striker score what was probably the most significant goal ive seen. sadly my recollection goes after that.

10 years ago... getting ready to go to uni in october, gutted that man u won the treble. Was an amazing couple of minutes of a game however.

I remember that night. I was on my own watching it on TV with a a few beers. Once the Ole goal went in I threw the can at the TV screaming in pure extasy. Amazing.

I did post a Youtube link a while back in some sports thread that showed the final few mins filmed from an Offical Uefa camera man. He was behind the BM goal to the right, no commentary just the cameraman keeping it all on the action in the box. That was a superb clip but has been taken off by ITV for copyright reasons.
