I wonder what would have happened if he had pushed the guy off and he had broke his neck and killed him, manslaughter? Even though he was going to 'try' kill himself anyway?

Saw this a couple of days ago. The guy (passer-by) must have gone up there with no permission from those who were handling it. I doubt they would let a civilian try and handle it.

Probably would be, yep. Imagine he missed the safety bag/cushion/breast/whatever the bloody thing is called.
