quietest 120m fans on paper?

as the title does anyone know what the quietest fans are in these size?

any fan you want as long as it's not moving

Depends on what you want it for quiet isnt necessarily good if its for a case then it will be different than for a heatsink as static pressure comes into play and if you use a good fan controller they are all quiet even the deltas

On paper ? How about 31 fans tested with video and sound ? The article has a watercooling bias but I'd guess the tests are valid for all fan use

Most fans can be made next to silent by voltmodding them to 7v or 5v, just choose a good set to begin with that can work at that low voltage.

I've always found noctua fans to be very quiet unless they have a lot of mesh or similar near them, which causes turbulence.

nice little link there looks like the Noiseblocker S1 will be perfect for me..
