Just had some idiotic little cretin knocking on the front door with three pizzas and other sundries, which he claimed were ordered to this address. Nothing has been ordered at all though, I've been in the house on my own and so know that nobody has been using the phone and the only PC that's turned on is this one.

Now this cheeky little oik, started to get shouty and threatening when I explained that there must be some sort of mistake and I didn't want this food. He actually threatened to go get his Brothers and come back later if I didn't cough up the £25 odd fee. Needless to say I just laughed at him and closed the door.

Now aren't these places supposed to check on orders before despatching?

Anyway, quick to t'internet!

I would, but it was too dark to see which place it was from. Not going to lose any sleep over it though, it's just bloody annoying more than anything.

Take the pizzas off of him then hit him with your keyboard tbh.

Actually, I was thinking about Handbags at 50 paces. :D

Probably a prank caller. I've done it more than enough times. You hide behind a hedge so you can witness it all happening. Do to taxis as well, immature fun is brilliant.

Bloody hell! Many years back, the guy who lived opposite me, Nicky Shaw, must've phoned about 30 cabs and the majority all turned up roughly within the same 5 minute period. The street was gridlocked and there were quite a few irate taxi drivers walking up and down the pavement looking for the culprits. :D

I reckon there wasn't actually 30 taxis and azagoth is lying.

I said about 30. Anyway it seemed like that many, especially to a couple of snotty nosed little kids hiding in the bay window. I can't remember the exact amount as it was well over 20 years ago, but they filled the street.

One night after a few too many in my younger days me and my cousin thought it would be a good idea to chain the local school gates together (directly opposite his house) with a huge chain and padlock. This was on a saturday evening and the fields were used for sunday morning ladsandads :o

For added effect we hid the key underneath the gate. Plan being when they got through the gate they'd be even moreso annoyed.

Much to our shock (and immense delight, we were only 15/16ish) we awoke about 7.45am to the sound of quite a few cars outside. We were well hidden in the window and kept peeking out. Things escalated slightly when more and more cars turned up... pleased with ourselves we fell asleep until we heard what sounded like a massive truck pull up. Another look and they had sent for the fire brigade
