Paid £2100, it's got 97k miles which I didn't mention before aswell. Can get MK1's cheaper but I wanted one with the leather seats, in black and preferably with PAS and there are not many available like that.

Thinking about those seats.. They look very similar to the normal early cloth mk1 seats like mine, but recovered in leather - it seems quite popular. Only I'm thinking not because the headrests are different... Oh well, not to worry

They are the later standard seats that the UK mk1 had, just recovered.

Looks a good car though.

Should have plenty of fun in it.
