Maybe not quite what you're looking for, but most films covering the Vietnam War would be around that time. Good Morning Vietnam is the first that springs to mind due to the music.

Im sure way back i my youth i watched a movie/documentary about Woodstock that was pretty cool. Maybe i imagined it but im sure there's some band in it that has a guitar solo that lasts two days!
