80s fancy dress costume - with beard

I'm going to an 80s themed fancy dress party next Friday and I'm struggling a bit with costume ideas. Firstly because I was under 10 when the 80 were actually happening and secondly because I have short hair & a beard, and there's not much you can do with that for an 80's theme.

Any thoughts from the OcUK massive? Any winning idea will receive an 80s themed star prize!

- Black muscle tee (heavy metal concert tee preferred)
- Bandana tied around neck
- Work boots
- Tight jeans (bonus points for acid washed)

Er, what's with the metal t-shirt? Everyone knows that a red-neck with that mullet will only be wearing a white wife-beater!
