Nobody knows it seems lol. I think the press release was just to confirm it exists and that it's exclusive.

I think we'll probably see something at E3 in June, one year after it was announced.

I would expect E3 news for an early 2011 release TBH, Sony are pushing Heavy Rain, Mag, GOW 3 and FF13 at present. At GDC next month it seems the motion controller is a big part of what they are showing, and possibly more GT5. E3 will be showing late 2010/early 2011 I expect, pretty much were Agent fits in.

LA Noire has been confirmed as multiplatform.

The story goes that it was a PS3 exclusive but Sony lost their nerve after pumping something like 40m into it and dropped it. Rockstar kept it on but made it multiplatform (only way to make back the money) and to keep Sony happy they offered the Agent as an exclusive (probably timed). Make of that what you will.
