Beef Jerky

Mmm, this stuff has intrigued me for years but I have never got round to buying any... UNTILL TONIGHT !!!

I have to say, I think I like it but I think I have had too much of it.

I like beef, but it is like enjoying Vodka and drinking a bottle, you tend not to want any more at that time but will like it again the next day.

Oh, this stuff was "Peppered" too.

Definitely has a "Love it or hate it" taste I think.

Anyone elses Beef Jerky experiences?

One of my favorite snacks, and as of yet not managed to have "too much".

I can just eat and eat and eat it.

Biltong is nicer though.

I love it, but it's quite expensive. I wish I could get bulk loads of it for cheap.

You've all got it wrong.

Get the real stuff - Biltong. Make sure you get proper Biltong though (e.g. Susmans). Expensive, but it's definitely worth it.

I like beef jerky, not tried biltong. I quite like the strange sweet taste of beef jerky, does biltong do anything to satisfy that?

Never had to drink with biltong myself. You can get badly made biltong though (eg too salty or too dry), so make sure you get quality made SA stuff

Anyone who doesn't like it is a little bit strange.
