E3 2009 - Everything Sony. (Videos)

For those that missed the press conference. Heres everything to get excited about if you own a psp,ps2 or a PS3. Also everything else announced for the PS3 that wasn't shown at the sony conference. Some games are multi-platform.

Uncharted 2 please

Don't get me wrong, FF7 on PSN is good and all that - but I own two copies of it on the PS1

Other than that Assassins Creed 2 has got my attention but I really must get around to finishing AC1 - but it's so darn repetitive.

Am I the only person that was impressed with the Sony motion controller? There seemed to be nothing but general apathy for it in the E3 thread. Definitely a reason for me to get a PS3 (as well as the price drop!). I'm certainly more confident about it that Microsoft's Natal.

A lot of what I saw yesterday just confirmed that I need a PS3 to complement my 360 and I thought they had a good conference.

Its weird seeing sony/MS doing what Nintendo are are all about but better. Both Natal the the PS3 Motion Controller are far more capable at doing motion games than the Wii.

Sat and watched the conference last night, when they were showing the tech for motion controller with the skeletons, the only image I had in my head was how good would Oblivion be with this.

Must say Uncharted 2 looks great. Only played the demo of the first one and didn't like it (yea i know not the best way to base a judge on a game but still).

Assassins 2 looks good also, but again i said that about the first one when i seen the first footage of it and it ain't so great.

Its just Modern Warfare now. Treyarch will be doing the Call Of Duty games from now on.

Totally true but i think they need a KILLER APP game or two to make it worthwhile. Hardware always needs good software.

I did like the jibe they said that this iinst just something you waggle.
Using the technology of the camera and then to overlay graphics is quite cool.

God of War 3 and Uncharted 2 are the ones I'm really looking forward to and will be a definite purchase by me. MAG could be good but I'll wait and see on that one.
