E6300 or AMD equivalent

I wanted to build with an E5200, but really want VT tech which isn't available on this CPU. I was considering waiting to see if OC will stock the Intel® Pentium® Processor E6300 (2M Cache, 2.80 GHz, 1066 MHz FSB), which from the Intel website looks quite tasty price wise.

What would be the equivalent to this E6300 in the AMD line?

Price equivalent, AMD chip is a bit quicker too yeah.
