you sure you're typing in the ART ID correctly?
I've just logged in, and got to the next page with password and secret question, as is expected.
So the site is definitely ok.

I was on there no more than 5 minutes ago and it was working fine. What isn't working for me, however, is trying to retrieve my UCAS course details so I have to enter them manually...
 
Are you students in second year? I applied on the old system last year and they clearly ******** it all up.

I thought that this thread might be appropriate for this question rather than making a new one.

I need to send off my birth certificate and identity declaration form but also have to send an identity confirmation form that has to be signed by someone of good standing that has known me for 2 years or more. Now, I don't really know of anybody that seems to fit the bill that doesn't know me at a personal level.... My first port of call would usually be my doctor but I changed surgeries about 6 months ago so my new doc wouldn't be any good.

Anyone have any ideas on who I can get to fill this in?

Neighbour, thats who i used and he works in a factory ! Known him for 14 years so..

edit: You went to college, right? For two years? Bam. Last tutor.
 
I was in college, sure, but that was only for one year many moons ago.

The best that I can think of is my brother's girlfriend's dad who is head of security at some company. Do you reckon that'll be any good?
 
I hate that website so much, its absolutely awful.

How can something that should be so straight forward be such a pain. Whoever runs that website should be up for some sort of award.
