Perfect! First order from OcUK since the switch to DPD, I never had a problem with City Link but never had any need to use OcUK while DHL were being used.

Keep up the great service :)
 
yeah DPD have been really good always next day and the packages aren't damaged :D

the woman driver ain't to bad either :D
 
The DPD sat delivery is supposed to be pre-12 isnt it?

All the other times I orderes for a Sat delivery things came around 7.30AM. 1.10PM, goods went on a van at 8AM and no sign of them yet :(

It is an all day service, however, the drivers like to come early most of the time as they want to set home early. So keep waiting :)

Maybe give them a call and they may be able o help.
 
I haven't had any problems with DPD in the past but of course the one time that I need something quickly and pay extra for Saturday delivery and it looks like they've sent the item to the London depo rather than Leeds. Not exactly happy at the moment but it's the first problem I've had.

Out of interest if it doesn't arrive today will I be able to get a refund on the postage?
 
Nout wrong with DPD, never had issues with them.

Even had foreign parcels delivered via them...No not Thai brides either.

It does happen unfortunately. The percentage of misroutes for most couriers is pretty miniscule generally.
 
I haven't had any problems using DPD either. And I think they are the best courier that Ocuk have had for a long time. Everything arrived on time in good condition.

Just for my own clarification if I want it to be deliverd saturday, the latest I can order is Friday before 4:30 pm ?
 
Ordered a GTX 260 on monday and was slightly worried when i saw the new courier :P But the package arrived yesterday (tuesday) at around 2PM in perfect condition. So a delivery is a delivery! thanks ocuk!
 
That'll learn thee about letting customers (or not) comment on tha business decisions Spie!! lol





I find it hard to believe that there are so many apparrently intelligent people around who cannot arrange to be in for a delivery or don't have an alternative local site (neighbour, shop etc) where they can get stuff delivered to.

Hope it all works out well for everyone.
 
I dont have a problem with DPD at all, i placed an order on saturday morning and it was delivered Tuesday at 9:30am for FREE... great service by both OCuk and DPD tbh.

I always get my gear delivered to work, so i know that there will always be someone to take the delivery.
 
Well I just got my new system delivered. A quick summary of what happened with DPD:

1) DPD man screamed at my flatmate on crutches for not coming to the door fast enough after speaking on the intercom.
2) He called her a "spastic"
2) The guy dumped a new PC in the foyer of my apartment block (expecting a clearly in pain and injured girl on crutches to somehow get it to the flat)
3) He didn't allow her to check the box, or sign for it (So no opportunity to sign as unchecked)
4) He forged my signiture even though I was miles away.

I'm sure this is a localised incident from a guy who just had an argument with his wife or something, but I am not happy after reciving a phone call from a girl in tears over this :(

Shambolic.
