My spec
Q6600 3.3ghz
GTX280 running 660 GPU mem 2000
8GB DDR 6400
Raid 0 x 5 drives
Gigabyte ep45 ds4

Just wondered if any peeps got same spec and have better benchmark than 14600

Nope, that's pretty good. My q6600 @ 3.6ghz with bfg 280gtx oc (standard clocks) only gets 13500. Guessing this is down to my standard clock speeds??

Ah cool, my GTX260 at 626/1350/2200 gets 12313 so those seems spot on.

Wish I had a few more stream processors :p

just been playing around with cpu settings, was running q6600 @3.3ghz 1.45v, lowered FSB to 8 now running @3.2ghz but only 1.4v, going to try and push for 3.6ghz :P

Hi ya, yer I overclocked my gtx280 to 660 gpu and 2000 mem. go for it ;)

Isn't the memory already at 2214mhz?

Standard clock speeds are:

Core Clock 602MHz
Shader Clock 1296MHz
Memory Data Rate 2214MHz

I tried overclocking my card and it wasn't very happy with good overclocks. Seemed to heat up a lot as well. What sort of temps do you have on your card? Do you run the fan speed at more than normal? My fan is set to run at 40% which is pretty silent..

Those are not stock GTX260 clocks.

c576 / m1000 / s1242 is stock for a GTX260(216)

i assume you meant 3dmark vantage...advantage lol, but what tests are you running?

did you mean 3dmark06? if not try a 3dmark06 run and give us the score, its a bit better to calculate low or high scores for kit

not sure really, But I have a Thermaltake Armor Case, with 3 front fans, one top fan and 2 rear fan, so my case is quite cool. I will monitor it and get back to you

im getting an awesome clock on my 280
core clock: 771MHz (still tweaking)
shader clock: 1587MHz (still tweaking)
memory clock: 2214 (not got onto clocking this yet)

i think i have a special card tbh :D
it is staying relatively cool as well!

got my core stable at 777MHz, im gonna leave it at that because i like that number and 783MHz was not stable
