You can get them at some Libraries - ours had the electoral roll, although obviously only for the local area.

I've done that ... was an IRC Op on a decent sized network (well to be fair I set all the servers up more or less) and was involved with a couple of gaming communities.

How? I don't know who he is or that he was admin, yet you think people are capable of understanding something out of their reach, why Gilly never said what Scuzi did I will never know.

I didn't know he was admin, I didn't know it was out of character.
