Hi guys just want to warn you not to use. Beachcollection to book your holiday. Placed a request for a holiday last night for £408 for a week flying out on the 20th june. They phoned today saying you cant have it for that price but you can have it for £500. So it seems they price the stuff very low on the site then wait and try to get you to pay more. I told them were to stick it. So am back holiday hunting again. :(

one incident is not enough to judge a company on their practices, try a few more with them and see if they do the same :D

All tour operator prices are live and can change at (quite literally) any given second. The reseller will have no control over this unfortunately.

Yeah but the problem is when I got off the phone with her and done a search again on their site. The holiday was yes dearer by £50 but not £170.

Anyone want to book my holiday Im getting stressed:(

Then they need to get a website that checks it again when the customer hit's the 'Confirm Booking' button and let them know and if it changes the second after be decent about it and absorb it themselves. It's not rocket science but it is shoddy customer service.
