This to say thank you to Jeff Kozlowski of BFG, THANK YOU, it is also to explain what he has done for me today, my mother has been having issues with a BFG 9600GT OC2 512MB that was sent out by BFG RMA to replace a BFG 7800GTX OC 256MB that went bad, i have been talking to Jeff via e-mail quite a bit today to resolve this issue, he not only resolved the issue, he went the extra mile and i am now going to be receiving a replacement card on Monday, the card that i will be receiving is the BFG 9800GT OC2 512MB with a custom cooler, well pleased.

As you can see, the support i received from Jeff was impeccable and second to none, i know what brand of card i will buy and recomend when the time comes, you got it > BFG

Thank you Jeff and will e-mail you to let you know how things work out.

superb service, just brilliant lol.

After this and several other threads, id be plain daft to buy anything other than BFG next time round.
 
BFG are amazing. They replaced my faulty 8800GTS last year with 0 delay and I was up and running again before I could look round.

Logitech are the only other company for me that are just as good. Broken mouse? No problem - take a picture of it with this code written on a piece of paper, and snip the cord, and we'll see you a new one for free.

There's something to be said when you can deal directly with the company's rep, knowing that they're there to help rather then build up your premium rate bill.

+1 point to the big friendly giants
More companies should have a presence on enthusiast forums, it'd certainly tempt a few people.

No problem Jeff, i wish other companies where as good as BFG, or should i say Jeff instead, if they where the world would be a much happier place.
 
Yeah, it makes me wonder.... I mean, I'm just one guy, how hard could it be to help the community out, you know?

I and BFG strive on making ourselves the best in the business in service and support, and I don't see that changing :)

Edit:- actually I can't afford a GTX 295 from ocuk so you haven't yet got me as a customer yet, but when they stock a BFG 260 I may bite

just from reading this thread and others like it, it has made me decide to buy a bfg gtx 275

instead of a asus or xfx one

lets hope i made the right choice :)

Have to agree with the above, my one and only RMA experience with BFG was awesome. Dead 8800GTX OC, turned around super quick and the replacement with me in days :D
Big up the BFG Massive (don't I sound young !)
 
I have to agree about BFG, can't speak much of customer support, cause I didn't need any, cause well, the 2 BFG cards i had and the 1 I currently use, never gave me any problems, but it is nice to see this level of support and professionalism. Sadly to say it is what other other companies are missing.

They just forget that without customers all they have is warehouses of stock.

Btw, what happened to OCUK stock of BFG cards, all i see is two and both of them Out Of Stock?

Any ideas where the other models gone?
