How to call a Malaysian mobile phone from a Vietnamese mobile?

I am travelling in Vietnam and met this really hot Australian woman who gave me her phone number but it's a Malaysian number and I don't know how to call it on my Vietnamese phone. It starts 01xxxx

Which network are you on, Mobiphone, Vinaphone or Viettel, are you PAYG or contract? Better check with the operator first if you're allowed to call abroad.
You should drop the "0" so it's 00601XXXXXXX.
