A suspected 'womb raider' lured her victim to her home by pretending to be selling baby clothes before killing her and claiming the baby as her own.

Korena Roberts has been accused of murdering a heavily pregnant 21-year-old in the latest gruesome killing to shock America.

An autopsy showed the baby boy, who did not survive, had been torn from the womb of Heather Snively, it was revealed today.

Her body was found stuffed into a crawlspace at the home of 27-year-old Roberts who had falsely claimed to friends and family that she was pregnant.

The media always picks the most suitable picture for the story. I.e. smiling, happy picture for victims. Aggressive / scary / insane looking shot for the perp.

That's not to say what she did wasn't totally crazy. Or that she's a bit of a fat ugger. But yeah - there's only so much you can read into news-story pictures.

My attention was drawn more to the "tearing from the womb" aspect. Clearly very mentally ill.
