When is summer coming?

I'm wondering the same thing myself. We haven't had any proper summer weather yet.

People saying it has been 'boiling' must be living in a different country to me.

Surly every where in the Uk has had several weeks of brilliant weather.

Define brilliant. Sub 20 degree temps, mostly cloudy, very windy, often raining... doesn't sound like the perfect June weather to me.

22+ for the last several weeks, with little cloud. Except a few days of wet weather.

This is true. I think we have only had 3 days with temps above 20C so it has actually felt warm enough for shorts.

it's indoor temperature. So probably cooler than outside. All windows and doors open.

I highly doubt you have had 22c for the last few weeks. Here in Essex today it is apparently 18c. Not cold, but not particularly warm either.

18 is pretty warm and shorts weather. Forecast in Bristol for the next 10 days is 19-21. More than happy with that, seeing as we aren't even in true hot summer yet.

I understand that. Temps are typically expressed in terms of shade temp

Had lovely weather Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and it's still sunny today. It was a little grey earlier this morning, but not exactly cold. I can't remember what the weather was like on Wednesday, my memory doesn't stretch that far

Seems like Summer's been here for a while already, can't complain!

My word it was like Spain this morning! Then about 1pm everything went dark and you could feel the pressure change, followed shortly by a huge freaking explosion and gushes of rain.

You heard that as well? It's actually still sunny here but I did hear a massive bellow of thunder a few seconds ago. No rain though
