Definately, will be good to see some of the PS3 guys take on the 360 ones. Also, gives me enough time to practice with the fightstick, slowly but surely getting there!

I hold no hope for myself; i just cannot get anywhere near as good with the stick as i was with the pad. I do have more fun on the stick though so couldn't care less

8800GT at stock 600mhz

And overclocked to 750mhz

Not too bad. Left everything default except AA and AF which I put to 8x each.

I know what you mean, I still sometimes question my decision in getting the stick. The recent gamerbase SF4 tourny in manchester, had a fightpad user winning, and them guys are really really good. I suppose it's whatever you feel most comfortable with. I haven't 'clicked' yet with the stick but I am getting some wins in friendlys now, and definately agree its way more fun, I have been playing SF3 3rd strike on the PC with it, just awesome! :cool:

8xAA at that res with a 8800GT is a little... ambitious imo. I bet 2xAA would get a solid 60FPS

even 4 aa should be playable with 8800gt , i can not tell difference between 4 aa and 8 aa

Now at 2xaa and 8xaf. Get solid 70fps during the fights, but it drops to 50 in the last scene.

I doubt you need that much AF on due to it being a fighting game...

Thats with every thing maxed, but when i 1st ran it, fps was down to 30 due to the fact i had wide-tent set in the Cat drivers, put it to box and ran it for the above screenie.

It's only a visual style, makes no difference to anything else other than looks.

The first thing that hit me with this was how all the music and what not had some epic bass, stuff i wouldnt hear through my HDTV's speaker, it really sounded awesome on my PC bass

The top image shows the score without AA n stuff, bottom image is maxed.

(CPU is OC'd to 3.6 and GFX is stock)
