I can't believe these things are going up in price....

Not necessarily this exact model, but what does it have that an Eee 1000 didn't have 12 months ago for £10 less?

Netbook makers just keep rolling out the same thing in a different box and calling it a new model.
 
I got my Acer One with a similar spec last year for £200 when netbooks were a new thing and i love it, but no way would i pay over £300 for a netbook, besides the new Ion netbooks are just around the corner.

Also the whole point of a netbook was small and cheap but they're actually getting bigger and more expensive bluring the lines between netbook and laptop.

Also, waiting till more netbook chipsets become available so that Intel aren't the only supplier. Rumours abound that MS insist that the specs [display are, for example] are crippled [1024x600 - what??] as part of the cheapy XP licensing scheme the OEMs get.
