Fridge, like it says on the bottle. It really really really grinds my gears when people leave it out of the fridge after using it, goes all watery and nasty.

Most restaurant staff don't even wash their hands and put food back on the plate they dropped on the floor, if you want to follow their low standards, up to you. Better to use your own brain IMHO

Any decent restaurants which give a crap about condiments would be serving home made ketchup (which would certainly be stored in a fridge), not processed rubbish.
