Fancy Dress Suggestions

I'm going to a friends 30th birthday at the end of the month and she's now decided it's going to be a fancy dress, theme is Films stars and villians.

Any ideas for outfits would be welcome as i'm lacking in creative ideas. I'm going with my girlfriend if you can think of any decent suggestions / places to get an outfit from.
