Cheapest graphics card with HDMI out with Audio? (+Sat TV Card)

I need a cheap HDMI card which outputs audio through the same lead as video. Its for a Home theatre PC, but have limited budget.

Any ideas?

Also can anyone recomend a Dual Sat TV card?
 
Asus ATI Radeon 3450 Vcool Silent 256MB is the cheapest. But you'll need a ATI DVI>HDMI dongle, and it might not come with one. (they cost about a fiver)

Compro DVB-S cards are good and cheap.

does that send audio via the HDMI leed also?

Also, will it work with onboard sound? Does the sound source matter?

i use this and i am about to upgrade for the 3d it lacks, the hdmi output is very good, i have never got the sound to work via hdmi, if thats the tv i dont know, so always end up using the MB onboard sound into a set of 5.1 amps

Cant get the card to OC in windows7 etc, but it does work and so far 100% stable in win7 or xp

If your using Rivatuner you have manually add the driver version under the power user tab.

Open Rivatuner 2.24, go to Power User tab,

Find and expand Rivatuner/System on this tab,

Scroll down until you find ForceDriverVersion, about 34 rows down.

Double click the empty box next to it and enter the current driver version your using.

Nvidia's would look like this:- "ForceDriverVersion - 18608" with no decimals or anything.

I guess this differs slightly for Ati but the info should be on Device properties.

Restart Riva Tuner.

Sorry if this is usless to you but it could help someone else, also if you google the issue you might be able to find some screenies to help too.

Be warned though could cause death to your PC, so only do it if you know what your on with, I take no responsibility.
