Slight difference in the fact that they know who leaks the details. A reviewer wouldn't leak something unless published because there is no gain. They rely on site hits or magazine sales. So they keep the information to themselves.

You can't make a audience sign a NDA because you wouldn't know would broke the contract.

Well if its going to be a British F1 driver it could be Button, Lewis, Mansell, Hill, Coulthard or even Moss or Stewart for a laugh. All of them are around for the GP so anyone of them could have popped down to the Top Gear Studios to record it.

When I read this article on BBC News I just thought it sounds like some trick to play on the audience and to increase the attention the new series gets. :p
