MIKE CIESNOLEVICZ VS. TOMASZ DRWAL

BRAD BLACKBURN VS. EDGAR GARCIA

ROSS PEARSON VS. ANDRE WINNER ("TUF" lightweight finale)

DAMARQUES JOHNSON
VS. JAMES WILKS ("TUF" welterweight finale)

DIEGO SANCHEZ VS. CLAY GUIDA

This is actually a really good card all in all with atleast 5 payper view level fighters, the main event could even earn co main event on a PPV.

Hope atleast one of the brittish fighters win and while sanchez is definately a bit of an oddball he is one hell of a fighter.

I'd go along with your predictions, apart from Andre Winner, Frank Lester and Clay Guida wins.

I can guarantee that there will be at least one British winner.;)

A good win for Pearson, although it was very close, Lytle was a good winner in what I thought would have been the fight of the night, Stevenson looked very good as well and Wilks was brilliant against the mouthy Johnson, so the UK cleaned up.:D

Guida and Sanchez both came out as hyped up as I've ever seen two fighters and the first round was clearly won by The Nightmare and he caught The Carpenter with numerous punches and kicks, one of the best rounds for quite a while and there was a case for 10 - 8.

The second was probably won by Guida, who took him down early, although Sanchez threw some awesome elbows from the bottom.

The third was mostly stand up, but I think Guida won it, when he took him back to the ground, but Sanchez was given the split decision.

A great fight, with everything you would want and plenty of claret.

Cracking finale. So glad that arrogant **** Demarques got creamed. Even though he is a good fighter, he needed taking down a peg or two.

Loved the Sanchez and Guida brawl too.

EDIT: Bring on season 10 and Kimbo lol

UFC 100 is on July 11th so you havent missed it

T in the park weekend of all the damned weekends when im working extra hours before the UFC 100 date was announced, which is supremely annoying.

Back to topic was a brilliant show for a non PPV event especially with both contracts going to UK guys.

DAMARQUES JOHNSON VS. JAMES WILKS ("TUF" welterweight finale)

GET IN UK!!!!

Kimbo should be good for all of 14 seconds.

:D

just watched the Pearson fight, yawn how boring :(

Mainly due to winner's tactics, I think pearson is clearly a toe to toe fighter and he was frustrated by the clinches.

Sanchez effective with the elbows, I'd have liked to have seen Guida win, to come back not only from the initial onslaught by Sanchez but that neck snapping, jaw popping face kick was unreal. for sheer heart and balls Guida was the man, Sanchez was unusually calm after the fight, in truth he knew he was fortunate to get the decision.

Lytle - Burns this fight reminded me of why I started watching mma/ufc, I really thought Burns had the better of Lytle in R1 and I felt he'd win by TKO in R2.

What a turnround and what are these guys made out of ? chins like granite and hearts of steel! the fight of the night for me both men showed an immense amount of respect for each other, Burns will be a class act once that cardio is sorted, I've yet to see him on the floor but he mixes it up well his striking with both feet/hands is superb.

Solid night of fights I felt.

Good to see both finals going to the Brits, it really shows how fast MMA is maturing over here! This kind of publicity will only assist as well!

What a fight the Sanchez/Guide bout was, it had to be in order to have a chance with the FOTN bonus after the Lytle/Burns affair!

Edit - Great to see that clown Diaz get whipped as well, go on the Daddy!!

I take it we have some fans in here?

I only started watching the TUF on Virgin, what's my next step? (i know they've got a new UK UFC coming out on the same channel)

well bravo hosts some UFC stuff like replays and what not, but at the moment setanta has most of the shows but who knows for how much longer with the troubles they are having...

watched the semi & finals last night and most of the comments already made.

Even the wife enjoyed the Sanchez v Guida fight!

Cracking card good fights all round - happy to see the UK team coming out as the winners and i think all the decisions were correct on the night.

The sanchez one could have gone his way becuase the brutal elbows from the bottom did some damage in the 2nd round so could see him nicking it just but couldn't argue either way.

Wilks looked very very good all round - gets clipped a fair bit on the stand up but on the ground looks very very good.

Still waiting for UFC105 to be confirmed - wife has given the good ahead assuming it's in the UK somewhere as a birthday treat for me!!!! (likely to be manchester!)

Very good event, chuffed for the UK guys, was very impressed with Wilks, he totally dominated the gobby ****. Hopefully they can get a couple of fights soon, would imagine they'll both be saved for the next UK based event though. Winner would have been knocked out if there were 10 more seconds in the round, he was rocked heavily with those 2 blows on the bell, think Pearson deservedly won it as all Winner did was try and push him against the cage.

Guida took a severe beating, not seen anyone get battered like that and carry on, superb chin and great heart. I thought almost all of Sanchez's elbows from the bottom were cracking Guida right on the top of the head, was surprised he wasnt once told to stop it.

Enjoyed the Lytle - Burns fight too, Burns took quite a beating and could potentially have nicked the win.

How did people see the prelims?

Is Kimbo really going to be a contender on the next TUF? He's going to get battered, all he does is fight bums.
