There's more than one Stig (Kovalainen was Stig once) so I can't see what's going to happen with just the one revealing :s

Hamilton, Button or Schumacher? or would that be completely wrong and end up being May... hmm.
 
Clearly a publicity stunt to get viewers for the new season, but why not! I wouldn't be surprised if it were any of the above named (serious) candidates. :)

Exactly. Clever con to get more people in to watch it then advertise what they like.

I bet it will be Tiff Needell or Vicky Butler Henderson.
 
I thought they only use alternative stigs for non track stuff. If there was evidence of anyone being the stig it would have been on wikipedia already. Theres only been speculation.

I have it on good authority that it is in fact Michael Schumacher(this week at least). Sourced from a random girl at a house party last night, who apparently went to the recording of the show last Wednesday. She reckoned that it was revealed to be Schumacher this week, and it was hinted that it may now become a different driver every week/season. Should be interesting!
