I've got it down to a science.
Before going out, multivitamin and a spoonful of olive oil, the multivitamin gives you some good stuff in your body which the booze drains, the olive oil lines your stomach (and much better than milk).
Get in, drink as much water as possible, the more the better (i do about 6 pints after a 12 pinter), it won't do you 100% though, take another multivitamin and 2 asprin (this makes the hangover come on faster).
Wake up, have a pint of orange juice (vitamin c, damn good for a hangover), scrambled eggs (they contain a certain chemical which helps filter out the hangover toxins fast) and a banana (your body is dranied of potassium). Cold shower to wake you up, done.
If you need a boost, powerade, it replenishes the electrolites you lose during drinking.
Do not drink coffee, it will temporarily relieve headaches by widening the blood vessels in the brain but it will make matters so much worse afterwards.
I get hammered every week and i feel right as rain the next day with this method.
