Ok Guys & Gals I've took a dipper on the Camper & will be cashed out Thursday 2300 quids. :D

Shall we have some fun suggestions from the community. I'm going to spend between 1500 & 2 grand & have No idea what to get.
I've had a browse & seen a couple of MX5's but I don't even know whether I will fit in one, I do know I fit in a Mr2 mk2 though & I like them. I also like me 4x4s as well but Honestly I am not fussed & am a bit lost this time round.
So what's a good buy at the mo for around that money ?

The two you mentioned really, the MX5 or SW20 (Mk MR2). Decent examples can be seen marked up for 2k.

I presume you're not bother about practicality besides fitting one self in the car?

Practicality means nowt to me as long as me & Frank staffy dog can fit in it.

Why don't you sell the VTR as well mate, and get something a little better?

Could get a nice MK2 MX5 1.8iS for that then :)

Although dog + convertible = hilarious. My mate puts his german shepherd in his MK3 MR2 :D

Loving the bull nosed Xr2s'.

Been out & about & spoke to a few mates, Seems pound for pound a Scooby would be a hell of a lot of car for 2k. Thoughts ?
Come on Guys help me out here.

Like I said, if you are buying this car "for a bit of fun", why not sell the VTR and add more cash to the purchase?

No offence but do you actually plan on keeping it longer than it takes for the V5 to arrive?

Over the last few months you've changed cars so many times.

Yep this is a keeper, I had my Vitara for 14 months which is the longest I've ever kept a motor but since selling it I've been through a few. I'd have kept the camper but I just cannot turn down the profit.
