Which Focus/Fiesta/Puma/Transit CD player played MP3 CDs?

NOT the CD6000 - which I think is atrocious.
It does have an Aux in socket in the glovebox, but still. Even a 06 plate yaris could play MP3s.

There was a version of the old CD6000 - the ones fitted to the 98-04 Focus with the big buttons that played MP3's - there was a special edition Focus MP3 that had it, but they are rare and very expensive to buy new. They have a silver fascia and MP3 in white lettering on the front. There were no USB interfaces on these cars.

These are not too bad for aftermarket stuff - you just need a small blanking plate which looks OK.

Just make sure you get it the right way round. Remember some guy posting that had the facia bit at the top  rather than having the head unit top and facia cover below it.

My GF's old Ford KA (S reg) had the 6000 and that played copied CD's but not MP3 CD's and did not have a USB slot. I doubt any of them would at that age and very few if any would do MP3 CD's.
