tshirt I bought at a concert, where do I stand?

Ok went to see Take That last week, and whilst I was there I bought myself a tshirt, cost me 25 quid.

I went to put it on yesterday and its got a series of tiny holes in the front of it, not huge (the biggest one is like 3mm across) but still not what I would expect from a not very cheap tshirt.

Where do I stand with regards to getting it swapped for a non faulty one (I dont want a refund because I really like the shirt) as in who do I go to. I looked on the Take That website and emailed the merchandise people on there (they sell the same tshirt) but as yet have not had a reply.

Who do I need to be contacting because its not like it was from a shop where I can just take it back, I bought it on a credit card so I can prove the date I bought it, but they wont be coming back to the venue, and nor are any of the other dates near me.
 
It's expensive because it's a band tshirt, not because it's good quality.

Did you get a receipt?

Awww you are so cute. Do you remember the time I asked you out and you turned me down? I have matured into a model bf now.
 
How long ago did you email them? I'm assuming it's official merchandise so they would be your best point of contact as they sold it to you (or one of their agents). I see there's a phone number on the official store (0870 7669727) so give them a call.
 
What Feek said. It's below the £100 for which the Consumer Credit Act comes into play, so your recourse is with the retailer. You should have at least a name for them on a receipt, or your credit card statement.

I will wait until the end of tomorrow and then give the phone number a ring, thanks for the advice people, tis only cos theres no shop as such that I can return it to, and I knew I couldnt claim it back off the credit card company that I asked.

No, I bought the tshirt, tshirt went in the bag with the programme and keyring, then I went to scream at Take That for 2 hours before sitting in a traffic jam for 2 hours to get home again.

Hate to disappoint you but I have never "smoked the weed" :eek: :p
