P35 board for £55.

Seems like a bargain. Any reason not to buy it?

The last gigabyte board i had was a 965 DS3 that had the annoying on-off-on-off problem

why not? P35 chipset mobos are OK and not overpriced. i had few gigabyte mobos and all were OK

P35s are good.....better than the Nvidia 6xx or 7xx series, but not as good as a P45.

the performance jump from P35 to P43/P45 isn't a big one

can't fault my P35-DS3R, that's a great price

I have a DS3 P35 and it's great. Used to have the 965 as well

If your going to SLI then go for the 750i if not the P35 , simple as

Tempted to get one of these to go with an e6600 and the Kingston ram that's on offer this week...

I have that exact board, it's very good.

Clocked my Q6600 up to 3.6GHz, along with 8GB, with ease. 400FSB is no trouble. I'd take one over the EVGA 750i.

Why is it so cheap as they used to be almost £100?

EDIT: you can fix that on-off-on-off problem by upping your vcore.

Im on an asus p35, its been rock solid

great for overclocking too and future cpus... (im sure mines supported that 45nm revision from its 1st bios)
