make windows XP completely Japanese?

hi there,

is this possible? i know you can change the laguage settings etc but i need to loan my laptop to someone who's first language is japanese and she'd need everything to be japanese i.e. all menu's etc

You'd need to dig out a japenese XP disk from somewhere to get a complete language change as far as I know.

As above, you need an XP disc with the Japenese language on it and do a lnguage change.

Could you not just torrent a japanses disk? You wont need the key, just to install Windows components and pick the Japanese pack off the disk?

Not the "only" way as you can do it with the help of Windows MUI, I did with an English XP to Brazilian Portugese, admitidly not everything can be changed but if it's just to "use" then it won't be a problem.
