I can't wait to see how much better it looks on the PSP. The artwork used in this game should look awesome on the PSP screen. :) I wonder how they will manage all the touch screen stuff though?

Specifically built for the PSP platform with upscaled widescreen graphics, enhanced lighting and animation; and including all-new story missions; this version of Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars will take full advantage of the power of the PSP system.

I love the DS version, the trafficking gameplay is pretty addictive, and it's easy to get minted :)
I will buy the PSP version if it is better, and as the OP mentioned, provided they convert the touch screen stuff well to it.

Personally I found a lot of the touch screen stuff a hassle. Hard to hold the DS for button pressing properly when you've got a stylus balanced between your fingers just in case the next random event demands it.

That said, it's still a bloody fantastic game, and PSP owners should be damned grateful to get it. It's a shame it didn't sell as much as they'd hoped on the DS, as that kind of makes me worry we might not see more of its type.

I am loving this game atm. At first I thought it was a poor mans GTA but having given it a couple of hours I'm really enjoying it. My GF says I love it more than her.

if only the psp Go had a touchscreen It'd be a worthy upgrade for me, I never much enjoyed the other GTA games on the PSP so this will be a breath of oldschool for psp owners.

Wonder how this will pan out. I'll definitely buy it, but I hope they put some decent music in the game unlike the DS version. I was secretly hoping that Rockstar would have worked their witchcraft and set the next mobile GTA game in San Andreas. :(

Looks just like the DS one really but with sharper textures. Thought they may have changed the perspective. Oh well!
