Titan Fenrir, how tight?

How far down should I be screwing the screws on the bracket? Until they run out of thread?

I don't want to overtighten it but i'm not sure if I did it tight enough last night, so want to check before I reattempt it now, how tight should they actually be?

Ok, I was a bit worried about crushing £170 worth of CPU but I suppose that's unlikely to happen?

Before I drop this all back in the case, is this tight enough or shall I keep going until it hits the 'ledge' (if you see what I mean)?

I cant remember if there was a gap on mine but i did up the thumb screws until I felt the end of the thread and couldnt turn it anymore.

Then again, with the UD5 there is a large plate on the back of the motherboard, and then the titan backplate went over that. So if you have a different board then you might well need that gap.

Well i've done it up as far as I could by hand, then a few extra turns with some pliers, that must be tight enough.

I've already fired it up once and it worked, fingers crossed it still does after I took it apart again to do this

Very good point - do your thumbscrews not have a phillips slot on the top?

They're great, thumb to get it into place, screwdriver to tighten (or just the thumb for the side of the case and things which don't need to be tight)
