Best cheap, Pro, Camera

There is a second hand Nikon D40 with a few kit and bobs for just over 200quid...

Cheers, good you look if there is any going on the Members Market, i don't want to spam the boards to get the posts, and i think i have been here 3 months now.

Also looked on ebay the Sony A200 go the same price as i would cost to get a new one. I will look at the Nikon D40 Now

I bought mine from the one and only Mr. Jones back in January and I couldn't be happier. :D

I did regret selling my beloved kit to you but I'm happy with my E-420 and Pancake. Camera is never away from me since it is small and weighs nothing.

And OP, configure your Trust so people can email you e.t.c. ;)
 
For between £250 and £300 you can get:

Nikon D40 + 18-55mm
Sony A200 + 18-70mm
Olympus E-420 + 14-42mm

If it was my cash I'd go for the Olympus, nice and compact plus the kit lens is the by far the best of the bunch. IMHO the A200 feels a bit too much like a toy but I loved my D40 when I had it :)

Went to Llandudno today, there were some great shots you could get, the weather was great.
 
I am sure i could have got a great shot, all i had was my iphone on me.

I just bought a Nikon D60, with 18-55 VR kit lens, it's a really nice lens, definitely pay the extra for a VR (or IS) lens. :)

Came to less than £400 which is less than an i-phone ;)

I am wanting to shoot some nice pictures when i am out, but want a Digital SLR.

So nothing amasing as some as the pics you guys can do :rolleyes:

But enough to look good on facebook :)
