Girlfriend's New Job, Strange Boss

Could you not storm into the office yourself (hopefully no ones knows who you are) Demand to see the boss and give her some grief as a "potential customer with loads of money to spend building your OAP home"
Treat her like scum....see if she takes it. If she rails anyone in front of you, scream at her "is that how you treat your staff? No wonder you're such a crap company. I'll be on to the watchdog about you, fattie!" [or something similar] :D

I'm 21 :D! Why would I have loads of money to buy loads of old people's mobility products

Yeah she has been looking for a few days now, but since she's on a probation period for 3 months she might struggle asking for time off to go to another interview as they seem to fire you if you take a day off this early (which is sort of understandable, you shouldn't be taking days off in your first few weeks) so she could end up with nothing easily. It took her about 2 months of looking to get this job anyway and we go away at the start of August so it's a big ask for her to get another job in the next few weeks.
 
Refuse the demands, when she gets fired take her to court.
Make sure someone films it for evidence. And tell your gf to form good relations with other staff for witnesses.
