Try to get it done within the UK...
I had some custom t-shirts done in the past that had to be done in the US as no one in the UK at the time had the ability to do what I wanted and I think I ended up paying 3x the value in the end in tax/vat/duties/handling fees and whatever else they could rip me off for on entry to the UK.

Yea, they spam my inbox from time to time. I did get a stamp which they allowed me to get rude words stuck onto though.
Rather than start a new thread, I'd like a custom T-shirt but I believe most these places will print a block of ink with your image in it. In this method, the outline will always be visible. Could you get a T-shirt made with individual icons printed, more like the effect you'd get if you applied the ink through a stencil? Just wondering
