Rest In Peace Michael Jackson (No Disrespect Posts)

I haven't been following this, but I'll say this.

Uri Gellar is a complete cretin of an individual. I didn't have much time for MJ, but quite why this complete waste of oxygen, who has been found out time and time again for scamming people, is allowed airtime, is beyond me.

true, but pretty sure their will be far worse than him crawling out the woodwork with their little tales on jackson in the next few days though

Oh god dont stop there, in this forum some people are let rife to make crude jokes about 2 year olds who are beaten to death and suffered for most of their lives.

I didn't find that funny at all.

But only because I have heard it before ;)

Damn... Dead, eh? Can't say I'm shocked; I thought he looked a bit pale. :D Given that the thread seems to have nothing but "OMG NOES" comments, I'll refrain from posting my true thoughts but suffice to say he won't be missed by me or mine.

There were plenty of jokes, but we've been censored :)

i find it hard to believe that a lot of people are so heartless, a lot of the music you hear in the charts, and dancers were and are influenced by this man, he has left a big imprint on music for many years to come.

I was/am a huge fan of MJ, he is the best performer that has lived.

Nothing will ever compare to the Dangerous album.

Completely agree.

in my opinion the greatest artist that has ever lived. no one will ever impact me as much as this man, musically.

p.s- i saw him at the peak of his career the HIStory tour, 1988 in Sheffield, still got the original tickets. it will never be forgotten, my first ever concert. it was ******* mind blowing.

I agree completely, even though I listen to bands like Muse more than him. He is a timeless artist, I frequently find myself going back to him and just putting on random songs.
Unique is the only way to describe him.

R.I.P

In all honesty like so many bands, what I thought sounded ok as a kid I grew up and realised really wasn't good music. Expensive(for the time) vid's, catchy, but only 2-3 truly good songs. WHich for me makes him, not a great musician, not a great performer, not a great person.

I feel truly sorry for how he was treated as a kid, he was abused, and that made him one screwed up individual, which I don't blame him for, but thats who he was. Frankly the dancing, and grabbing his crotch, for me it doesn't scream "great performer" to me. Again as a kid I thought a guy grabbing his balls on tv was cool, and the moonwalk was interesting, as an adult other than a memory of liking it, I don't actually still like his work.

Sorry he died, shame his life was quite as messed up as it was, his dad shoulda been beaten to death before he screwed up MJ.

I don't think he's a "peado" either , he's a little kid, he just seems stuck at that age where he's not comftable with adults, children are less judgemental after they become your friend and he simply seems like he's hanging out with friends and doing what kids do, sleep overs, hanging out and the like. Its all a shame really, he never struck me as someone who was ever really happy with life or really did anything with his money/time, he performed because he feels loved when he does and seems miserable and screwed up the rest of the time, maybe its better he died now than ended up too old to perform and in some kind of asylum for decades.
