New Case ! Xclio 1000 or Antec 902 ?

Hi Guys,

Before i think about water cooling to try and solve my heat issues im thinking of trying out a new case... im currently using the Lian Li Armorsuite pc-p80b which i find the air flow to be appaling.

I need something to cool a tri sli set up (285 GTX's) and ill be using the Coolermaster V8 CPU cooler so i will need a case that has at least 8 expansion slots... and is big enough for the cpu cooler.

Now i have done some research and the only 2 cases i can find are the Xclio 1000 or Antec 902, now i had an antec 900 and i like everything about it however i do not think i will be able to install the optional side fan with my CPU cooler installed so im leaning towards to Xclio 1k seeing as i need a lot of cooling on my GPU's

What do you guys think ? Is there perhaps another case with 8 or more expansion slots ? If not then which one would you advise on ?

the 1200 is bigger than the 902 and you can definitely install the side fan on this without it interfering with cpu, also the 1200 is still rated as THE best case for AC, afaik

thanks mate ! but.... it only has 7 expansion slots

so i cant fit all my graphics cards in. I need at least 8 expansion slots when running tri sli on the rampage 2 mobo...

with that in mind what do you think would be best, i love antecs but im just concerned that the xclio may be better cooling for my GPU's...

The Xclio 1000 does not fill me with confidence.

Go Antec if you can. Their cases are great quality and the after sales support is one of the best too, not to mention it'll keep it's value better, and there is a large base of people who mod them effectively, so plenty of ideas for you.

ok cool - antec it is, thanks for your input, i do love the antec cases, i loved my old 900 so i guess ill buy the 902 and hope its good enough to cool my GPU's

Will post pics somewhere when its all fitted
