How fast can you type?

35WPM and 7 mistakes.

I only really know where the "gaming" keys are so the rest seem to be hit wrong a lot of the time. My hand are also not in the recommended place very often.

In fairness copying something is a lot harder than just typing a sentence that you're making up on your own
 
46 wpm with 3 mistakes. On a laptop at the moment though, I'll give it another bash when I get on my computer at home.

This is true, the damn paragraph I had was ridiculous and had words that I couldn't even spell without reading slowly. I also consider my English skills above average.

I think it's more accurate for Secretaries/P.A's/Temps who will be copying from paper or listening to dictation. You never know what your boss is going to get you to type until its in your ear and you are hammering away :)
 
Stupid speed test. Half of it doesn't even make sense. Mine had some stupid characters that were like Russian or something! wtf?

If you mean the keybr one, thats the point if you can type gibberish fast then you can type anything.
 
Godammit. I typed out the whole thing and then noticed the 'Start the clock' button ffs :o
