In previous 3 series beemers - what was the name/code/spec sheet entry of this interior spec (light wood with light leather):

Is it poplar something with tan leather? (sorry about shoddy picture, I just grabbed first pic from autotrader that matched the interior I saw).

Looks like the Light Poplar wood to me. My favourite actually, athough I don't like the colour and trim combination in the picture all that much.

It's actually quite difficult to find any decent pictures of that interior, especially leather (especially that I don't know exactly what I'm googling after). Looking at some ebay pictures it does indeed look like light poplar (thanks Moeks). Does it mean, there was also "dark poplar" trim or is it just because someone translated the name directly from german?
Was there sattlebraun (saddle brown) option for E46? The interior in question is similar to sattlebraun in E90 but less orangy, but still grainy, napa leather type.

I like that...didnt know that colour wood was available in the '46. Beats the "carbon fibre" effect i seemed to have in my sports models.

We're not talking about individuals though. Having said that, I'd love to see more images of your car because I don't think I've seen or heard of the Arizona sun colours before. :)
I think it's one of the rarest E46 combinations in existence. I've seen 1 or 2 Arizona Sun paintwork cars, but the whole shebang, especially on full alcantara, seems practically unique!

Funnily enough, I don't have all that many pictures of my interior. Here's some in and out pics:

That's actually very decent interior PMKeates, it sounds odd in theory "gold car with chamois shade seats and yellow wood" but it creates more than decent effect when put together. Unusual but original.

I found slightly better pic of the interior I'm enquiring about, but one of the oddities is that the colour of those leathers on photos in autotrader always come our pale for some reason. But it's that kind of set - hard, tan leather with black surroundings (including black armrests etc) and light poplar wood:

I also came across this snapshot from german spec sheet, I know myrte was the "default wood" in UK (I believe), burly walnut or something like that, but has any of you guys ever seen these other options in UK models - caramel seats with goldbraun trim for example ?:

I always thought PMKeates car interior looked horrible in pics and to a certain extent I still do but in the flesh (so to speak) it's truly lovely, I would actively seek the colour out if I was looking for such car.

I think the same of Audi TT baseball leather too.
