Man that sucks - nothing worse than getting something new out of the box and find it's faulty. Hope you get it replaced OK.

To be fair i emailed and 5 minutes later i got a reply and another is being sent out. There is a link for sending it back, what would happen if I didnt?

You know the name of the monitor you wrote doesn't match the monitor in the picture. You should be complaining to that place about sending the wrong thing to you

Why would you even need to ask that question??? :rolleyes:

How many companies send out a replacement before they have the orginal goods returned. If you didn't theu would change there policy and the next bloke would have to wait a week for a replacement.
As it is more likely the courier will give you ther replacement and take the return at the same time.

Nope, its being delivered by city link and dhl are collecting the knackered one. I work full time but luckily my dad is self employed, i am taking a day off tomorrow to collect the new one (so losing about £70 there) and my dad (if i ask nicely) will probably have to take a day off for them to collect it (another ££ lost)

Are they going to send me a cheque or something for the days off due to them/samsung not testing their products? I think not

So carry a 24" screen in a pretty big box on a london kx train for 40 minutes then walk 10minutes with it to work. twice

I just bought my NEC 24" GMX3 from High Wycombe to Paris on tube and Eurostar, piece of cake.
