pc picked up neighbours wireless with me having no wireless equipment?

so this is just for a laugh really but a few days ago i saw a wireless talk talk network on my pc which is my aunts connection next door i think as she has talk talk wireless.

my router is a wired DG834V2 without wireless so how the hell did my pc pick it up lol?

cant get over this one

your router must be wireless or do you have a wireless laptop?

If your PC has a working wireless interface you'll be able to see any nearby wireless networks broadcasting. Whether your own router has wireless or not is irrelevant.

Agree with the others - you must have a wireless card installed and setup in order to be able to 'see' other wireless networks in the first place.
