getting bad looks by tesco staff

why is it more likely to be one of the staff in the shop rather than any of the hundreds of customers that are in there daily. To be honest if I found an oyster card on the floor I'd probably use it.

So you lost your Oyster card, reported it to the Police, they looked into it finding it had been subsequently used and you think that maybe someone at your usual Tesco had it because ever since you have been getting funny looks when you go in?

The time the card was used corresponds with the time they close, plus the stations used matchs up with where one of the workers commutes to
and the place were i lost.
i went in there last night asking if any of the staff found it, reply was no. Anyway they are looking at the cameras to get evidence and if they match up the worker they will prosecute, unauthorized use, failure to report lost item traveling on london underground with out the required fare The Fraud Act 2006, forgery and Counterfeiting Act 1981 and a few other bits on top.

guess the guy is going to in the poo.

how do you know where one of the workers commutes to? and if you know this do you not know who it was that took it?
Oh, and try using real sentences, people might have a hope of understanding what your saying then? although you still haven't asked for any response on anything yet, advice or opinion.

seems quite dodgy. sounds like the staff used it to me.

Because i went in there this morning and spoke to the manager, i told him i may have lost the card here and it was used at this station to reach station X at that time.

then surely the manager also assumes that person took it and will be investigating... still don't get the point of the thread

Whats your opinion then, should i have just cancelled it? because if it was that person he would lose his job face a large fine and prison, from what i understand they are prepared to throw the book at the person that used it.

Im sorry i was looking at you in a bad way i just read this thread on OCUK at dinner time and went back to my till and this customer asking about this oyster card and the only thing what i thought of was to chase after you with some HOVIS then await the thread someone beat me up with hovis but thought i better not

the formatting of this thread is strange, you should have put the whole story into the first post.

then just before clicking 'create thread', clicked back and kept it to yourself :)
