Nothing new in the UI most likely just some update.
And nothing seams or looks faster on my PC..

You can only get it from sources we are not allowed to name. Only the RC build 7100 is officially released for public testing.

Seems abit silly not releasing 7200 and up for the RC because they will be getting bug reports for bug they have fixed/know about instead of bug reports on bugs they can't work out/don't know about in new builds!

Oh well, there problem :)

Very true.
I don't see why they dont release all the builds onto the net as you say it would help.
7300 re-build is the latest one I most likely will get it just to see ;)

They're not released because almost all daily builds are incomplete or "bugged" in some way and the last thing MS needs is 50,000 users complaining the last "beta" broke their PC. :)

Daily builds tend to be used to roll in specific bug fixes or test particular aspects of the OS and so aren't generally tested for speed & stability. A very simplistic example might be that fictional build 7265 includes a fix to make (lets say) scrolling up and down menus smoother, and an update to the wireless network stack. However it also breaks DX11 completely, disables Aero desktop and has had wired network functionality switched off.

That's a pretty extreme and unrealistic example (at this stage anyway), but it does illustrate that an incremental build is not always "better" than the previous one. It's not simply a case of each additional daily build has "fixes" added and gets better. Some builds break things, some have core elements removed for scenario testing, some are specifically to see how two or more fixes or changes interact, blah..blah.. blah...

True, but when RC1 was released MS had 50 feed backs per min about problems
so to me it does not matter what build it is, it would help MS get things right for RTM day.
Also the last build out is a RTM build you can't use the RC keys(well you can if you know how)

So as I see it the more testing the better product for the end user.
and when(if you do) buy Win 7 and its great thank all the build testers that done the work testing ;)

Quick question: I have a RC 7000 beta version from around Feb, which says it will expire in 5 hours. If I install 7100 RC will it continue to work for a while? If so for how long?
